Oct 98 To Present
Position: Senior Application Developer
  • Assisted in the development of the website of the largest company in the world. This project encompassed five brands and was a ground-up redesign. Ford went from an entirely static site to a totally dynamic, ASP data-driven site complete with management tools and migration of legacy content. This was successfully completed in less than two months of development.
  • Developed Cold Fusion e-commerce solutions for GTE, including an online wireless service store as well as an online purchasing solution for business long-distance. The back-end functionality of both sites was developed in less than a week each. The wireless site later went on to be used in GTE's Web Services training CD.
  • Developed case-specific PERL applications to handle several reporting tasks and file manipulation, most recently for IBM Client Services.

Position: Application Developer, Network Engineer
  • Assisted in the development of a Cold Fusion Enterprise-level e-commerce application supporting over 20,000 hits per hour utilizing over 1GB worth of SQL Server 6.5 tables.
  • Helped develop and maintain the backend systems and network that ran the company. This included Solaris administration, NT administration, as well as network and firewall admin and configuration.

  • Developed two entirely unique online e-commerce solutions in Cold Fusion.
  • Migrated from an all-Linux network to a fully NT network.

  • Helped set up and maintain one of the largest meta search engines on the net, Isleuth.com (www.isleuth.com).
